1. How Duuny.ai Uses Artificial Intelligence

Duuny.ai uses artificial intelligence to help users find suitable service providers and to assist businesses in creating clear and structured service profiles. AI is used for the following purposes:

Matching and Recommendations

  • AI analyzes the information provided by service providers (such as location, services, specialties, and availability) to match them with relevant customer needs.
  • The AI does not make binding decisions. It only recommends potential matches. Users and service providers always make the final decision.

Profile Assistance

  • AI may help businesses write short descriptions, categorize services, or structure information.
  • All content can be edited or replaced by the business at any time.

Search and Filtering Support

  • AI improves how users can search for services using natural language (e.g., "I need a plumber tomorrow in Tampere").
  • Search results are generated automatically based on the information provided by businesses.

2. What Data the AI Uses

The AI uses:

  • Information that businesses submit to Duuny.ai (service descriptions, pricing ranges, location, specialties, etc.)
  • User search queries
  • Publicly available business information (when applicable)

The AI does not use personal data to create behavioral profiles, nor does it access private user messages unless explicitly permitted for support or safety reasons.

3. Human Oversight

  • Businesses can edit or override any AI-generated text.
  • Users can always choose which service provider to contact, regardless of AI recommendations.
  • Duuny.ai monitors AI outputs to prevent harmful or incorrect suggestions.

4. No Automated Contract Decisions

Duuny.ai does not:

  • make legally binding decisions,
  • approve or reject service providers,
  • set prices automatically,
  • or enter into contracts on behalf of users.

All decisions remain with the humans involved.

5. Limitations

The AI may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate suggestions. Users and service providers should review information before acting on it.
