Duuny.ai – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Duuny ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. New features or enhancements are subject to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Duuny is a platform connecting local service providers with customers. The Service allows businesses to create profiles, customers to discover providers, users to submit reviews, and businesses to form partnerships.

The Service is provided "as is," and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your details updated, secure your password, and notify us of unauthorized use.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Business User Responsibilities

The Service and all original content, software, design, algorithms, matching systems, and functionality are owned by Duuny and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other IP laws.

8. Reviews

By submitting a review, you agree to:

• provide honest feedback based on genuine experience
• not review businesses you have not used
• not accept compensation for reviews
• not post abusive or offensive content

We may remove reviews violating these Terms.

9. Payments

We have and may introduce paid features in the future with reasonable notice.

Duuny does not process payments between users and service providers; all financial transactions occur directly between them.

10. Limitation of Liability

Duuny is a platform only. We do not employ or control service providers, guarantee service quality, verify credentials, or resolve user disputes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duuny is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duuny and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party's rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Users are responsible for resolving disputes directly. Duuny may assist at its discretion but is not obligated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Duuny operates.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Privacy

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and process data.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Duuny.

18. Intellectual Property – Platform Protection

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, data-mine, or attempt to extract or reuse any part of the Service, including software, algorithms, AI models, matching systems, design elements, layout, database structure, or technical architecture.

Use of the Service grants no rights to Duuny's proprietary technology. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

19. Use of Business Profile Information

Business profile data on Duuny is provided solely to connect customers with service providers. Users may not copy, export, scrape, reuse, sell, republish, or commercially exploit business profile data, nor use it to build competing services, databases, or marketing systems.

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

20. No Commercial Replication or Resale

Users may not use the Service or AI-generated content to replicate, imitate, resell, or recreate Duuny's functionality, workflows, services, or business model, nor to develop competing platforms or tools.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Duuny.
